Connolly Quarter

Homan O’Brien are currently working with Ballymore Group (in partnership with CIE) on the delivery of a major scheme next to Connolly Station in Dublin’s IFSC.

An application was recently consented for 741 homes as part of the Connolly Quarter development adjacent to Connolly Railway Station in Dublin 1.

The planning consent forms part of an overall scheme for the Connolly Quarter which proposes 741 homes, of which 75 will be for social housing, two office buildings along with a hotel, and over 20 retail and amenity units.

It is anticipated that on completion, circa 5,000 people will live in and/or work in the area.
