Services provided included:
Due Diligence on existing building. Full review of Landlord Services with recommendations to allow some of the existing Landlord Services accommodate Tullow Oil specific requirements.
Compilation of Building Services Brief with dedicated user groups set up by Tullow Oil. Particular reference on internal Data Centre used to process the group’s international data.
Design of all Mechanical & Electrical services including full Standby Generator incorporated into the Landlord System, all security requirements, complete AV requirements with dedicated specialist interpreter rooms, structured cabling systems and IT Centre.
Full redundancy on in rack cooling system for IT Centre.
Thermal Modelling carried out to ensure comfort conditions maintained with full glass facade.
