  • ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System
  • ISO 45001:2018 Occupational H&S Management System

It is the policy of Homan O’Brien to provide a quality service and to minimise the impact of our activities on the environment where practicable. To this end we have evolved unique systems of work and a management programme to monitor and control all impacts associated with our design activities.

In support of this policy, the organisation is committed to a process of continual improvement in all aspects of our service including the provision of Quality and Environmental Management Systems in line with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 respectively.

It is the policy of Homan O’Brien to promote the highest standards of health, safety and welfare in order to comply with the provisions and requirements of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) 2007 Regulations, the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) 2006 Regulations as well as all other statutory provisions and Codes of Practice.

We are affiliated to a number of professional bodies including Engineers Ireland, Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland, Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers, American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers, Institute of Healthcare Engineers and Estate Managers and the European Federation of National Engineering Associations.
