31-33 South Terrace Cork

South Terrace, Cork, built in the early 1830’s, is considered one of Cork’s most significant Georgian Terraces.

This project will regenerate the 3 protected Georgian townhouses, Nos 31-33, and connect them to a new build at the rear of the site to provide a 103-bed hotel.
