The building has been designed by Homan O’Brien to be fully Net Zero Carbon 2030 (operational) compliant achieving 55kWhr/m2/yr in accordance with LETI and World Green Building Council Guidelines.

Homan O’Brien has designed an innovative solution for a fully air-conditioned building to still achieve the LETI Guidelines.

This building will be delivered to the market in Q1 2025 and will be one of Ireland’s first Net Zero Carbon 2030 (operational) compliant buildings.
