The development comprises of 5 towers of various heights located at Al Reem Island, Shams Abu Dhabi. The buildings consist of residential apartments with amenities and number of support facilities at the common levels.

The common levels consist of three levels of basement, a common ground level, three levels of common podium above ground and a common terrace level. The basements accommodate car parking spaces, MEP services plant rooms and water storage, while the podium is utilised as car park and other support facilities. A swimming pool for each tower is located at the T1 level. For Tower ranges from 40-50 storeys an intermediate plant room is provided to accommodate the equipment for the upper floors.
