Frascati Shopping Centre and Residential Development sits on a site of approximately 7 acres on Frascati Road in the heart of the affluent area of Blackrock in the South-Eastern suburbs of Dublin. It is 8km from Dublin city centre and is highly accessible to a catchment of over 140,000 people.

Residential Development – PHASE 1

The project consists of a residential development of 45 no. apartments on 3 no. storeys, from second to fourth floor level, over the existing retail / restaurant development at Frascati Shopping Centre.

The development consists of a mix of 1,2 and 3bed units. The new apartments form three new sides to the front of the development at the upper levels. They are located around a new communal roof garden.

Construction commenced on this new apartment project in early 2020. Homan O’Brien are providing full M&E services from inception to hand over and completion of the project.
