Complete Refurbishment of Existing Building to include new Floor at Roof Level for 35,000sq.ft. City Centre Office Building for IPUT.

An additional floor with full glazed elevation was constructed at existing roof level and provides spacious penthouse office space of 279sq m (3,000sq ft) overlooking Molesworth Street.

We were responsible for the full M&E and Lift Design for Landlord Shell & Core as well as CAT A and CAT B Fitout for the Tenants.  

The Building achieved LEED Gold and a BER of A3.
