Refurbishment of 47/49 St. Stephens Green, Dublin 2 – 30,000 sq.ft. 

This five story office block required a complete refurbishment including basement level. 

The refurbishment works took place on a phased basis to suit existing Tenants. 

The fabric was upgraded to improve the Building Energy Rating (BER) to A3. 

A new 4-pipe Fan Coil Air-conditioning System was installed along with all new Mechanical & Electrical Services as well as a new Raised Access Floor.  Achieved WELL Platinum Certification.
