New Library, Court Building and Local Area Office, Kilmallock, Co. Limerick for Limerick County Council.  Area of building 2,000sq.m.  

As well as full M&E Design, HOB were also responsible for formulating the overall approach to reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions. This involved analysis of all available technologies and the provision of recommendations to the Client / Design Team on the most appropriate combination of passive and active energy saving measures.
