Blocks 1-37 Belgrove Student Accommodation, UCD

Complete upgrading and refurbishment works to Blocks 1 to 37 at Belgrove House Student Accommodation. The Blocks consist of ground, first, second floors domestic living space, a landlord stair core area and a pitched attic above. There are two apartments on each floor.

Approximately 25% of the apartments Blocks have been provided with a Disabled Persons Living Accommodation including bedroom, shower and toilet. All apartments consist of 4 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and two toilet / shower facilities. There was a total of 12 No. 4 bedroom apartments refurbished. New Sluice Rooms were provided on the second floor of all Blocks. Works carried out on a live campus.
