New 8-bedroom Childcare Facility which will provide high quality respite and residential services to children with life limiting and life threatening conditions. It is predominantly a single storey building with one area of the building being two storeys. Both storeys of the building comprise a floor area of approximately 1300m². It also has four family rooms, a quiet room, music and games rooms, a beautiful garden and a playground.

The new Childcare Facility is a new care home for sick children. It is a single storey building. The building comprises a floor area of approximately 500m². The building is linked to the existing buildings via a link corridor with connections made to existing services accordingly.
