Design of the Mechanical, Electrical and Lift Services Installations including Geothermal Heat Pump installation, Wind Assisted Ventilation, Fire Fighting, Lightning Protection and comprehensive Building Management System. Sustainable design engineering solutions.

The area of the five storey building is 9000m2.
