Holles Street Maternity Hospital

Three storey extension constructed at the rear of the building over existing services at ground level and basement levels.

The extension incorporates a new Operating Theatre connected with the existing Theatre Suite on the third floor of the Hospital. On the levels beneath the theatres, new offices and ancillary areas were constructed as part of the works.

To service the new building, plant rooms were instated at roof and basement level.
