New Build 180-bedroom hotel for Jurys Group at Christchurch, Dublin.
This was the first Jurys Inn Hotel built on a compact inner city site.
Homan O’Brien designed the mechanical, electrical and vertical transportation services to this 3 star hotel building.
As part of the design works, the hotel heating system was connected to the Temple Bar District Heating System.
