New headquarters for Mason Hayes + Curran Solicitors, Barrow Street,  Dublin 4.  

Total floor area of 108,000sq.ft. gross.

We were appointed by the Developer to design the full Mechanical & Electrical Services for this new Development to include Landlord Shell & Core as well as CAT A Fit-out.

We were also appointed by the Tenant who took the whole Building to design all the services for their full CAT B Fit-out.
