This project went beyond the standard service of efficient, cost effective project delivery as the biggest cost benefit to our Client and primary focus on the project was to ensure we all provided a reliable, comfortable working environment for all fee earners in the practice along with a work place that would attract and retain motivated young staff for the company.

We designed the full complement of Mechanical & Electrical Services in conjunction with a number of dedicated working groups.

A full Data Centre was designed in conjunction with HP along with full structured cabling network. Security and Access Control and a full design of Client Meeting Rooms and Presentation Facilities.

The project included a full kitchen with the canteen area available for use as a Town Hall facility with suitable audio installed. Full Client catering in the meeting rooms was also available.
