Offaly County Council New HQ

The project comprised the erection of new County Council Headquarter Offices, Council Chamber and crèche at Charleville Road, Tullamore for Offaly County Council.

Total floor area of 5,400m2.

The design incorporates geothermal heating and cooling as well as other sustainable strategies.

Design of the Mechanical, Electrical and Lift Services Installations. The design incorporated geothermal heating and cooling using underground “lake” as source. Natural ventilation throughout with mechanical ventilation to internal areas.
