The proposed development will comprise a mixed-use, Strategic Housing Development with Village Centre within 8 no. blocks ranging in height from 2 to 14 storeys.

The residential component will comprise 1,180 no. Build To Rent apartments (47 no. studios, 508 no. 1-beds; 613 no. 2-beds and 12 no. 3-beds) with Resident Support Facilities, Services and Amenities distributed throughout the blocks.

The Village Centre will include a supermarket, retail units, creche, gym/fitness, cafe, offices/employment, community facilities, library. Provision of a total of 692 no. car parking spaces, 1,225 no. bicycle parking spaces.
