The project consisted of a laboratory building totalling 12,500sq.m. with approximately 8,000sq.m of various Research Laboratories and included two class 100(M3.5) clean rooms and one class 1,000 (M4.5). 

There is also a 1270 sq.m. dedicated state of the art conferencing facility and 190 seat theatre. We carried out the full design of all the mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems including the fume cupboards, process utilities including a centralised RO purified water system, process gases including nitrogen generators, laboratory air, cold rooms, freezer rooms, walk in incubator, constant temperature rooms, building energy management control system, electrical and lift services for the project from the conceptual stage right through to validation and the project handover demonstrations.  We assisted the end users in providing the required service provisions for the end user equipment. We liaised with the client in the design and procurement of autoclave and washer systems. We provided the provisions for the client’s temperature monitoring systems.
