The project comprised the erection of new County Council Headquarter Offices, Council Chamber Health Board Offices and Urban District Council Chamber at Limerick Road Nenagh for Tipperary North County Council.

The design incorporates geothermal heating and cooling as well as other sustainable strategies.

2005: Opus Architecture and Construction Awards – Highly commended.

Design of the Mechanical, Electrical and Lift Services Installations.

Building is naturally ventilated throughout. Building is heated using a ground source heat pump system. Solar water heating is provided and rain water is recycled for toilet flushing.
