Trinity City Hotel Dublin 2

4 Star Hotel in Dublin City Centre. The Project involved the refurbishment and extension to the Trinity City Hotel Dublin, a 264-bedroom 4 Star Hotel.
This project was carried out in the following phases.

Phase 1 involved the relocation of the Grace Bible Fellowship to the old Fireworks night club site which was redesigned for their temporary accommodation.

Phase 2 involved the addition of two storeys on the existing Trinity building with new high spec accommodation, the refurbishment of the prep-kitchen, installation of new high efficiency boiler plant and the conversion of the basement storage area to staff accommodation and car park spaces.

Phase 3 involved the demolition of the old Grace Bible Fellowship building and the construction of a new Grace Bible Fellowship building. Also new courtyard
extension comprising of 30 new bedrooms. The hotel remained operational throughout with zero disruption to the hotel operations.
