Tullow Oil

Fit-out of levels 5, 6 and 7 of Leopardstown Central Park Block G, 7,000m2. 

We were subsequently contracted by Tullow Oil to design and deliver the fit-out to their new Headquarter Offices in Nairobi, Kenya and Acura, Ghana.  Each project was approx. 100,000sq.ft.  

The M&E Design replicated the standards and systems installed in Tullow Oil Dublin HQ, a fit-out we completed in 2012 and won the ACEI Excellence Award for in 2014.

The challenge here was to apply the design based in Dublin and implement it in both Kenya and Ghana with no knowledge of the capability or availability of local labour or materials.
