Carr’s Lane

This project involves the demolition of two existing office blocks, Balgriffin House and Glandore House, and the construction of 59 No. residential apartments on a brownfield site at Carr’s Lane, Malahide Road Junction, Balgriffin Co. Dublin.

The residential apartment block consists of 22 one-bedroom units, 30 two-bedroom units and 7 three-bedroom units.

A main feature of the project is the full-length windows which allow natural light to flood into each room. The building comes with parking adjacent to the apartments and the site features a park and recreational area adding to its neighbourhood aesthetic.
