Regeneration of Fatima Mansions (Herberton Phase 1 & 2).

This residential development consists of 615 houses, apartments and duplex units located on a brownfield site in inner city Dublin previously occupied by the Fatima Mansions flats.

The scheme is the flagship for the PPP model of urban regeneration and has allowed Dublin City Council and the private sector to create an urban re-development for the future. The completed development is well served by the new tram stop on Luas red line that runs from the Point Depot to Tallaght.

The scheme was constructed in two clearly distinct phases:

Phase 1 comprising 110 social housing units all with own-door access laid out in to maximise passive supervision of spaces and ensure that all units have adequate private open space.

Phase 2 comprises 505 units with a mix of unit types, sizes and tenure type.

New 6-Lane Swimming Pool, Hydrotherapy Pool and Leisure Centre with Changing Rooms

Incorporation into the Luas Light Rail System. Obtained SEI Grant for Sustainable Design Solutions under House of Tomorrow Scheme.
