Works comprised of a new Residential Development comprising of 75 Social Housing units, 48 social and 27 affordable apartments spread across 3 blocks and 5 different unit types from 1 bed to 3 bed duplex apartments on a site of approx. 1.4 hectares at Santry Avenue / Old Ballymun Road. We employed high insulation levels, mechanical ventilation heat recovery units and air-tight detailing resulting in a high level of thermal comfort and good air quality. With the use of robust materials the final design provides a comfortable low energy, low maintenance housing of high quality with quality public and private open space.

Santry Demesne was awarded the Best Housing (More than 1 Unit) Award 2010.
