“Southill Older Persons’ Accommodation Limerick”, designed by ABK Architects, has been awarded the RIAI Silver Medal for Housing 2019.
This award winning development provides thirty-five apartments for older persons organized around a private, secure, central landscaped garden. It also has a management suite consisting of a caretaker’s apartment, and a reception/office/communal area with a meeting area suitable for use by the wider community.
