Pembroke Quarter Development

Homan O'Brien has been appointed on the new Pembroke Quarter Phase A Commercial Development for the Ronan Group and for Pembroke Quarter Phase 2 Residential for Lioncor. The overall site will deliver up to 3,800 homes and will provide in excess of one million sq. ft. of commercial space including cultural & community spaces, offices, a hotel, rental, private, social, and affordable housing.

Bon Secours Hospital Glasnevin – Boiler House

A major refurbishment was undertaken this year in the main boilerhouse on the campus. All plant, equipment, pipework, controls, lighting, fire alarm, gas detection systems were replaced. The original 3nr Buderus cast Iron sectional boilers were replaced with 3Nr Hamworthy Wessex modular boilers providing an overall capacity of 2157kW over 9nr modules.
