Homan O’Brien are delighted to see the successful completion of No. 3 Dublin Landings for IPUT Real Estate Dublin, a new Office HQ extending to over 119,000 sq ft in Dublin’s Docklands.  No. 3 forms part of Dublin Landings commercial development project in Dublin’s Docklands Strategic Development Zone (SDZ).

Homan O'Brien are delighted to have been part of the Team to see the successful handover of Termini, a new commercial development in Sandyford for Aldgate Developments totalling 218,000 sq ft (gross) across 6 floors in Sandyford, Dublin.          

Approval has been granted for the construction of a €50 million five-star hotel on the site of a former seminary in the Dublin suburb of Donnybrook following a successful appeal to An Bord Pleanála. Homan O'Brien are delighted to be part of this project and we look forward to working on this prestigious development.      

Homan O'Brien were responsible for the M&E Design of the project, and would like to extend our thanks to Moston and Santry Sports Surgery Clinic for a very collaborative project. The project involved the construction of two new operating theatres, and 20 additional bed spaces.

Tom, one of the longest and most loyal members of Homan O’Brien, having started work for the practice on 30th May 1977 and on Friday 29th May 2020, exactly 43 years later, Tom has now retired from the practice.
