The Fit Out Awards celebrate excellence in the execution of world-class office fit outs, and also the people and clients who drive these projects.

The HAP Shared Services Centre (HAP SSC) is located in The Granary building and has undergone redevelopment works on two floors of the Granary Building.

The office fit-out means that it will be able to cater for additional staff of up to 100 people as the Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) scheme expands.

Limerick City and County Council operates the HAP Shared Services Centre on behalf of all 31 local authorities across the country as well as the Dublin Regional Homeless Executive.

The HAP SSC project has been shortlisted for Fit Out Project of the Year – Conservation, Fit Out Project of the Year – Public Sector and Fit Out Project of the Year – Small Office over €500,000.

Homan O’Brien acted as M+E Consulting Engineers on this project.

We wish them every success on the night.
